Comment: Hi Jade, the first few batches weren't so successful. Things I've done since: strain the milk twice, once thru the sieve & once thru cheesecloth (resting in the sieve); check temperature of the milk to 175F. I used calcium sulfate as coagulant. Pic link above is to the quiche I made with the first batch, which didn't hold together so well, hence the 2nd straining (it tasted fine though). The stuff that looks like meat is Fry's vegan polony :)
